These series of paintings were inspired by abstract expressionist painters Jackson Pollock and Franz Kline. Both aiming to thrive as artists in the Abstract Expressionist movement, Pollock and Kline conveyed a similar passion for the abstract through a very different portrayal of the subject. In this series I juxtapose Pollock's famous paint splashes with Kline's geometric lines.
